About
Eric is a writer and actor based in Los Angeles and a recent graduate of the American Film Institute’s screenwriting program, where he received the 2025 AFI Writers’ Room Ready Award.
His work has been recognized by the Academy Nicholl Fellowship, Austin Film Festival, Screencraft, and Coverfly’s RED LIST, among others.
As an actor/playwright, he has worked with the Guthrie Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, American Players Theatre, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Forward Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, and the Back Room Shakespeare Project, among others.
He has adapted foreign films and television for Netflix, Warner Bros, Amazon and Disney+ via Voice & Script International, Roundabout Entertainment, Igloo Music, and Horseless Cowboy.
His recent work on narrative short films has been seen at Tribeca, LA Shorts International, Atlanta Shortsfest, and many others.
His poetry has been published in Ivory Tower, Pidgeonholes, Burnt Pine, and three editions of Z Publishing’s America’s Emerging Poets series.
Eric previously served as an adjunct lecturer at AMDA, Hollywood.
